Pamplona, 1964. I was born in Spain when censorship marked an era and very often it appeared represented in the upper right side of the TV screen (when it was still in black and white) in the form of two diamonds; that was the time where I knew I had to go, or at least they let me know I had to go that way. From there to discover colour with changes, many social changes, a real revolution. After going to the School of Art and Artistic Crafts in Pamplona I began to tell stories, that is what advertising is about. And so for about 25 exciting years. And the day came when I decided to give life colour again and why not, a little black and white to keep on telling stories, but this time my stories, because painting brings me that, knowing, nosing about, and creating to tell my way of seeing them, and continuing to enjoy.
