About the artist
Alejandro Caporale
Galician artist, born in La Plata, Argentina in 1972. Graduate from the Engraving and Design School of Fundación Casa de la Moneda. He is currently working on photography, sound art and video creation projects. Throughout his career he has directed his creativity towards different disciplines such as engraving, design, painting, installation, and photography. As a designer, he worked for a decade, in his own words, “for one of the best advertisers in Spain, Eloy Lozano, who introduced me to high quality editorial design, an activity that I continue to develop today as a freelance art director”. Some of the works that have had the opportunity to carry out in this field include architecture books of works by architects such as César Portela or Manolo Gallego, design and photography of catalogues of accessories by the firms CH Carolina Herrera or Purificación García.
