Biography
- Engraver, muralist, and graphic designer. He began painting graffiti on the streets of Plasencia (Caceres) in 2000; he always felt attracted to the most pictorial aspect of this discipline, this interest made him focus little by little on making illustrations ever more distant from the original graffiti and getting closer to muralism and street art. In 2009, he discovered almost by chance and in parallel, the world of graphic work. He began to work in the Workshop of the BBAA School Eulogio Blasco in Caceres where his teacher Mr Pedro Valhondo aroused in him the interest in engraving, the work in the workshop and the most traditional techniques of engraving. In his work we find symbolism, passion for nature, classical culture, history, curiosities, myths, and science; he works on his art pieces with thoroughness and perseverance, details and technique are very important and relevant in his work. Communicate is very important to me, but doing it consistently too, technique and work are the means that I use.” He currently lives in Caceres where he has his studio, Acuadros Creativos. Since 2015, he has been curator of contents of the Art and Action Space BelleArtes in Caceres. In recent years he has carried out together with the visual artist Sojo, several curating and production actions of urban art events of different types, this recurrence leads them to found in 2018 “Prisma Arte Urbano” as a cultural agent/manager specialised in interventions in the public space.
