- Born in Lons le Saunier, France, in 1969. He received an artistic education at the Besançon Art School. Between 1993 and 1994 he directed the engraving workshop of the French cultural centre of Tetouan (Morocco) as a cultural cooperant aid worker, and then moved to Malaga where he collaborated as a printer at the Gravura Workshop. At the same time, he developed an extensive artistic career in which his engravings were exhibited in numerous galleries in Germany, Belgium, Spain, the United States, France, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, among others. He also participated in different international fairs: Art Expo New York, Estampa, l´Estampe in Paris, and Start in Strasbourg. Christian Bozon’s work, always in constant evolution and characterised by colourful and bright light, stands out in his most recent engravings for the poetic treatment of space, achieved through the relationship and transparency of the tonalities, as well as the appearance of volumetric effects and matter that enrich, without a doubt, his sign of identity.
